Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.
During peak ski season (November to February), processing time may be extended.
Once your order is processed, we will arrange shipment and send you an email containing tracking information.

II. Domestic Shipping (within the USA)
We cooperate with several major US logistics companies, including:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce.
Estimated delivery times for different shipping methods are as follows:
Standard Shipping: Approximately 3 to 7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Approximately 2 to 4 business days.
Priority Shipping: Approximately 1 to 2 business days.
The above shipping times refer to the time required for logistics transportation and do not include order processing time.
Holidays, weather conditions, or logistics delays may result in longer shipping times.

III. International Shipping

IV. Import and Export Standards

    These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order amount or shipping costs.
    Customs may delay clearance, and customs clearance time is not included in the shipping time. 2. Export Requirements (Shipping from the USA)

VI. Incorrect Address and Delivery Failure
If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to any of the following reasons, the customer will be responsible for the associated costs:
Incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted shipping address
Recipient unable to receive the package
Multiple failed delivery attempts
Package returned due to no one being available to sign for it
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

VII. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you in communicating with the shipping company and provide appropriate solutions.
